64kg: Mark Hastie
Club: Forgewood ABC
Age: 24

Background: Oldest member of the squad and another bronze medalist in the recent Commonwealth Championships, he has the potential to do very well in Melbourne

69kg:
Kris Carslaw
Club: Paisley YMCA
Age: 21

Background: Former kickboxing champion, Kris is the least experienced squad member with around 20 bouts to his name.

75kg: Craig McEwan
Club: Clovenstone ABC
Age: 23

Background: The most experienced member of the squad with over 250 bouts to his name, Craig won a bronze medal at the last Commonwealth Games and will be looking to end his amateur career on a high note in Melbourne

81kg: Kenny Anderson
Club: Craigmillar ABC
Age: 22

Background: Captain of Scotland's Commonwealth Games boxing squad, Kenny missed out on the Commonwealth
Championships in Glasgow through injury, but has what it takes to win a medal in Melbourne.

91kg: Stephen Simmons
Club: Leith Victoria AAC
Age: 21

Background: Silver medalist at the Commonwealth Championships and has every chance of becoming Scotland's first heavyweight gold medal winner in Melbourne
