David Savage Puts The Drum Back On The Boxing Map

David Savage (54kgs) had another impressive win on the joint Drumchapel ABC - Argo ABC (Drumchapel) 30th Anniversary Show on Friday night, beating the Scottish 57kg champion Nicky Bonini.

The bout topped the 14 bout show and both boxers put up a great display of skill in front of a packed Drumchapel crowd.

Well done Paul McCann and Ian McGirr for putting together a great night's entertainment!

David Savage takes on British ABA champion Darren Langley in Greenock on the 25th of February.

The Daily Record today features a great piece about David, his father David Sr and the Argo boxing club.
