Andrew Ferrans ring return following his WBF title defeat at the hands of Carl Johanneson last May has suffered a setback.
The Irvine based Super Featherweight was due to fight Jamie Arthur for the Celtic Super Featherweight crown, but the Welshman has pulled out.
Arthur lost his unbeaten record last month when he was stopped in the third round by Haider Ali because of a cut received during a clash of heads. It's now likely that he'll need plastic surgery to prevent further cuts plaguing the rest of his career.
