The Scottish Super Middleweight title clash between Thomas Cannon and Barry Connell which was postponed in December will now take place at the Marriott Hotel, Glasgow on Friday the 1st of April.
Connell from Glasgow hasn't fought since losing his unbeaten record at the end of February, 2004, to Carlisle's Gary Dixon when he was forced to retire from the fight with a damaged hand.
Cannon lost to Cella Renda last month after a very good 2004 so both will be keen to use this Scottish title fight to get 2005 back on track.
On the undercard are two unbeaten boxers, Glasgow's Super Bantamweight Michael Crossan and Light Middleweight Chris Black.
